The first photo was taken on May 7,1999, at the Johnston Yard Roundhouse.
IC 102 had just completed its first run from Chicago to Memphis on I01 on
May 6th. It returned to Chicago on I04 on May 7th. Subsequent to its arrival
back at Homewood, 102 was painted in the traditional Canadian National passenger
scheme, green and black with a yellow nose with the maple leaf herald. The
second photo was taken September 25, 1999, at the Johnston Yard Car Shop
where IC 100 and 102 were being prepared for a Board of Directors special
leaving Memphis to New Orleans on September 27th.(Please excuse the towels
